This is a fantastic florist! I called on Thursday afternoon for birthday flowers to be delivered the following morning. Theresa took my order and designed the bouquet. She did an amazing job. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. She was so helpful and considerate. She not only used the flowers and colors I requested to form a beautiful bouquet, but even had them delivered at a specific time! I live out of state and am always hesitant to send flowers that I probably will never see. These were for the mother of my son’s fiancé. It was so important to me that they be special. They were! My son just sent me pictures, a week later, and they are simply beautiful. Additionally, the price was so reasonable. I will not hesitate to use this florist in the future.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY $50 bouquet kept out of water, not refrigerated. Dead when they arrived...

Dear Annika, It was disheartening to hear your mishap of dead flowers on one of the hottest days this May. If you had a bad experience with our product or service we would have replaced them immediately! Our practice of replacement & guarantee of fresh flowers can only be accomplished by notification from either the sender or the receiver. We have not received any notice of wilting flowers from anyone lately. If you would have given us the opportunity to refill your order we would have proved to you we care about our business and our reputation. We deliver our flowers in air-conditioned vehicles and do our best to provide fresh flowers from all over the world. Yes, sometimes we fail to notice a wilting flower in a bouquet. It is not our practice to purposely send out dead flowers. Your response to dead flowers is justified if a florist ignored your request for replacement and made excuses for the quality of the flowers. The bottom line is we offer Replacement. 2nd we offer free flowers delivered for another future event or 100% of your money back. Annika, your attempt to communicate your experience would have been less damaging to you and us if you would have given us a chance to respond to your problem. Recently I was visiting my daughter in California and I stopped in Deb's FM to look for some nice flowers for her birthday. I found a lovely potted plant that was at a great price. While I was there admiring all the beautiful tropical arrangements I had to opportunity to visit with Joel Ambrose. I was interested in finding out the name of a tropical flowering plant that I had seen some time ago. Joel was very helpful and knowledgeable in knowing what plant I was wanting. I appreciated his unhurried manner even though I knew they were very busy with Mother's Day flowers. On Tuesday, the day before my wife's birthday, I went to Deb's Flowers, as I always do, because their flowers and arrangements are superior to anywhere else in the county. My problem was that I don’t get paid until Friday and had a very limited amount of money available. The clerk (whom I just found out was the owner when looking at the business card that I grabbed), Joel Ambrose, asked if he could help me and I told him my situation. He told me to look around and to tell him what I "wanted" to get for her. I pointed out my choice to him and he then made me a custom arrangement that was every bit as full and beautiful as what I had picked and he adjusted the price to fit my tight budget. After thanking him profusely, as I was leaving, I noticed the price of the bouquet that I had picked and saw that he had given me nearly a 20% discount. He had no idea that I had been there before and no reason to give me a break, other than pure empathy and kindness on his part. I could not recommend Deb's Flowers more highly, and not because of the price break. Their flowers are wonderfully vivid and fresh, expertly arranged, and if cared for, they last for weeks. I give Deb’s Flowers an A+++++
